BMW Motorrad USA recognized an opportunity to provide motorcycle enthusiasts with an interactive ‘build your own’ experience that would enable them to customize their favorite motorcycle models from a desktop or handheld device.
Solution
In order to meet this opportunity, our team partnered with BMW to design, develop, and enhance a motorcycle configurator solution that would enable prospective buyers to create and customize their motorcycles online. Our expertise in Build Your Own configurator solutions and ongoing support, including application hosting, analytics, product data generation, maintenance, and new model year launches, has enabled BMW to provide a seamless and engaging online experience for their customers.
Build Your Dream Motorcycle
Since its launch, our solution has enabled BMW customers to build their dream motorcycle using various colors, packages, options, and accessory offerings. In addition, helping generate customer leads for 150 dealers in the US and convert leads to sales through the dealer locator and dealer inventory search features.

Customers can build and configure motorcycles, find dealers with inventory that closely match their configuration, and go for a test drive.
